Drinking or Getting drunk on alcohol, wine or strong drinks should certainly not be a habit of people who want to think clearly and make rational decisions – See Proverbs 31:4-6 below. We should not get drunk on wine or alcohol, but we should instead be filled with God’s Holy spirit. We should also not do anything that causes others to fall. Every day is God’s gift – So we should definitely enjoy life, food and drink, but we should never do anything in excess or do anything that will not glorify God. Whatever we do, eating, drinking wine or anything else, In all that we do – we should do in moderation, and always to the glory of God.
